I dropped my car off to have an oil change and they provided great recommendations and a good video review of what they recommended and why. I ended up having to leave my car overnight, but they were so helpful with providing Ubers so I was still able to get to where I needed!

My husband and I bought two Kia’s from Emich this year, and both were excellent experiences. Amber was who I worked with, and she is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to answer the rapid fire questions from my 11 year old son. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new car, and make sure you ask for Amber! I’ve also had a lot of interactions with the service department over the past couple of years and their customer service is always exceptional.

We had a great experience at Emich Kia. We leased a new Kia EV9 Land and got exactly what we were looking for in terms of color, accessories, etc. There was a big selection. Had a great experience leasing my new EV9 from Emich. The sales guy who helped me, Aaron, was helpful and knowledgeable and even had some creative suggestions to make sure I qualified for the maximum EV rebates possible. Didn’t feel overly pressured, but everyone was highly responsive and helpful.

We were visiting Denver for Thanksgiving and noticed a bad shake when braking coming down I-70 into town 😰. Great dealership. I leased a 2025 Kia Seltos. I only had to make the monthly payment , no money down, but I also used my old Hyndai Santa that had damage as part of deal. Tiffany was amazing and so nice! I wanted the deep ocean blue color but there were none in Denver. So Tiffany drove all the way to Colorado Springs to get the only one and then drove it to my home in Elizabeth. We exchanged cars. This was the easiest car buy experience I have ever had. I looked at the car, decided it was what I wanted and the price was right. Sean was. Very efficient in doing the paperwork and before I knew it I was in the finance office. After being handed the fob for my new car Sean then spent time explaining what the features were and setting my phone up for the car. No hassle, upscale attempt, in fact I had to ask for the charger to be added to the sale.
