This was the easiest car buy experience I have ever had. I looked at the car, decided it was what I wanted and the price was right. Sean was. Very efficient in doing the paperwork and before I knew it I was in the finance office. After being handed the fob for my new car Sean then spent time explaining what the features were and setting my phone up for the car. No hassle, upscale attempt, in fact I had to ask for the charger to be added to the sale.

What can I say about Jenn? Walking into the service department with Jennifer behind the desk is comparable to the happiness one gets from not having seen a friend for awhile. She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. I have been in the dealership several times since my purchase and the salesman that sold me the car doesn’t recognize me. A+ for the exceptional service department at EMICH.

First, I really appreciated that there weren't all sorts
First, I really appreciated that there weren't all sorts of additional, bogus add-ons to the contract that you hear other dealerships try to sneak on after you've already agreed upon the vehicle price. Because of that, I had no problem paying the D&H fee, which every car-buying site told me I should attempt to have taken off of negotiate down. Second, I did my homework, came in with a fair offer, and that fair offer was accepted. I got a good price, and Emich Kia made a reasonable profit. No acrimonious haggling or power struggles. Third, my salesman Aaron and the F&I Dept's Christine were both great to work with; pleasant, friendly, honest, no high-pressure tactics. The managers who I met only briefly seemed like good people as well. I would come back to Emich Kia if I need another Kia, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

WATCH OUT.
WATCH OUT. I did extensive research before going in and had offers from other dealers. I knew what selling price I wanted and what lease cash offer was available from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, despite my thorough preparation, I didn’t catch that the sales manager had increased the interest rate from the best one I knew I qualified for to a higher rate, while pretending to offer me a better deal than the one I got from a different dealer. Essentially, they charged me more than I was eligible for, making a profit off the difference. Since the interest rate wasn’t listed on the lease agreement, I didn’t realize the discrepancy until after signing and calculating it myself. After five hours of waiting and negotiating, I was too exhausted to think clearly. This practice of secretly increasing interest rates and misrepresenting what customers qualify for is a well-known dirty secret in the car business, and I can’t believe I fell for it, even though I knew the rate I was entitled to. Be wary of these tactics. I’ve mostly dealt with German brand dealers and had never experienced this kind of trick before, so it was a learning moment for me. That said, this dealer clearly lacks transparency. I would recommend avoiding them and finding a dealership that’s more upfront about how the deal is structured before a purchase order or lease agreement is signed. There are many ways for dealerships to make a profit, but this one seems to rely on one of the nasty ones called dealer reserve interest.

Tom happened to pick up and was rude from the jump. He would talk over the top of me and the called me dumb. Then after he hung up on me like the consummate pro he is, my wife called in as well. He was even worse to her which says a lot about his character. Misogyny in 2024 is a great look Tom! I will never buy a Kia again, nor will I ever by anything from Emich.

Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep
Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have purchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.

I had an amazing, stress free experience with Dustin Coffey and Emich Kia. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and willing to help in any way. He removed any and all "negative stigma" that a dealership salesperson has. Emich provided a hassle free, quick in and out timeframe, and most enjoyable experience at a dealership I've ever had. My 2.
My 2.5 year old warrantied car has been in the Kia service center now for 17 days (3rd major problem the car has had in < 3 years) and they still have not diagnosed my problem nor given me an expected time when I will receive my car back. The dealership promotes a loaner car program on its website, but I was told that there were 11 other people requiring loaners ahead of me when I dropped the car off and I still have no loaner car as of today, 2.5 weeks later. The communication regarding my car has been extremely poor. I get a single text message about every 3-4 days telling me that they are working wth Kia tech to get approval to do the necessary repairs on my car. It took 16 days to get approval to take the battery out, but no one has explained to me why it took 16 days to get this approval and I still don't know what's wrong with the car or when I'll get it back. Efforts to talk with the service manager to answer some of these questions and to request a loaner car or a car rental subsidized by the dealership were met with derision rather than understanding, and the whole experience has led me to feel like once Emich Kia sells you a $40,000+ item they don't value your return business. I will certainly not be purchasing my next car from this dealership after this experience.

Cannot say enough good things about the experience of
Cannot say enough good things about the experience of buying a car with Emich Kia. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they were really trying to help me find the right car to meet my needs and providing solid information on financing and warranty options, not pressuring me just to make a quick sale or recommending add-ons just to increase the price. The whole experience was probably the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had.

They weren't knowable enough about their own product line
They weren't knowable enough about their own product line to know a hitch for a 2022 Telluride would not fit on a 2023. Wasted half a day dropping off/picking up a car they couldn't work on. When the proper hitch did come in the most they were willing to offer me for my wasted time was a partial discount on an oil change. Don't waste your time and money at Emich Kia.

First, I really appreciated that there weren't all sorts of additional, bogus add-ons to the contract that you hear other dealerships try to sneak on after you've already agreed upon the vehicle price. Because of that, I had no problem paying the D&H fee, which every car-buying site told me I should attempt to have taken off of negotiate down. Second, I did my homework, came in with a fair offer, and that fair offer was accepted. I got a good price, and Emich Kia made a reasonable profit. No acrimonious haggling or power struggles. Third, my salesman Aaron and the F&I Dept's Christine were both great to work with; pleasant, friendly, honest, no high-pressure tactics. The managers who I met only briefly seemed like good people as well. I would come back to Emich Kia if I need another Kia, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have had a real issue with Kia and Emich Kia in
I have had a real issue with Kia and Emich Kia in general. After constantly getting told different things by different people, I called Emich to speak with Colt. Tom happened to pick up and was rude from the jump. He would talk over the top of me and the called me dumb. Then after he hung up on me like the consummate pro he is, my wife called in as well. He was even worse to her which says a lot about his character. Misogyny in 2024 is a great look Tom! I will never buy a Kia again, nor will I ever by anything from Emich.

Jessica was amazing. She was very personable and patient. She helped me find a great car. She was helpful in answering all the questions I had and made sure I understood all my payment options and which ones would be of most benefit. I would say the only thing a little annoying is we waited a bit of time to see finance to pay for the car and leave. I had to go to the bank to get a check for the amount of the car. We told finance it would take about 20 minutes to which he said he would be waiting for us when we got back. When we got back he was helping someone else and we had to wait more time to get the deal finalized. Jessica and another staff member stepped in to help get it all finished.

Being in Montana I looked here first for the KIA K5 I wanted but had no success. Starting to look elsewhere I found Emich KIA in Denver and called. The salesman who I spoke with, Phillip Redinger, was very knowledgable of thier inventory and they had just what I wanted. Phillip and the rest of the sales team made the process of purchase go smoothly, then came shipping the car to me in Montana. Once again the sales team was great! Less than a day later I was told the car would be arriving at my door the next day. Sure enough the transport truck arrived and the car was beautiful. I will definately deal with them again.

I was looking forward to upgrading my car after holding out for a few years and Emich had been my go-to for auto repairs in Denver so I decided to give them a go for sales. The website had a lot of great options which let me do research before going, and then there everyone was super helpful and walked me through options to find the best fit for me at the price I was hoping for. Aaron was particularly helpful in both finding the right car and helping me to get a price that fit my budget. My only complaint was that the financing stage became a push for warrantees I said I didn't want and they kept "trying different things to get better rates" and whatnot until they eventually got a monthly payment aligned with what I wanted (and was offered at the sales stage), but for two more years, which ultimately meant significantly more overall. It IS a good warrantee, so I took it but I'm going to resent the extra two years I'm paying on this car now and wish I had been more firm in not wanting that warrantee.

Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep
Starting on May 30, we purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Emich Kia. My family and I have purchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.

It was absolutely the worst experience of my life leasing
It was absolutely the worst experience of my life leasing a car! I thought the days of the sleazy car salesmen were over but alas we found it again here. This dealership is deceitful, aggressive and legally problematic. Some of the many issues are: 1. The prices we were told were "underestimated" and we only figured out that the actual price was much greater after we signed a bunch of the paperwork. Included in this, we were told that the included charging amount would cover the entire length of the lease but instead, we will have to spend 1K plus additional whereas the Hyundai and VW EVs have unlimited free charging 2. The harassment and aggressive nature of the sales manager and general manager when we tried to resolve outstanding issues was abusive in nature and very aggressive/accusatory. I haven't seen such unacceptable behavior in years and both my partner and I have worked in the service industry for years. 3. They did not give back the license plates on the vehicle I traded in and after bringing up the issue I was gaslit and told that they did. I only found out about this bc while I was told the plates would be shipped back to the MVA, I only found out they were not when I was given a hefty 500 USD fine. Only after calling across the management did we find out they had the plates and just lied to us yet again to defer responsibility. While this is just the highlights the issues go on. If we could we would return the vehicle and wash our hands of this awful dealership.

I did not lease my Sorento from Emich but reserved a spot for a recall notice. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was greeted by Jennifer who was extremely pleasant and checked me in. I was asked if I needed a ride home which I didn't and I left my car. Matt called me early in the afternoon to inform me my car was ready and what they did. When I picked up my car I was again greeted pleasantly and Matt walked me out to my car. Staff is super friendly and helpful when trying to understand the crux of my vehicle's issues. They are also using current technology to support customers in gaining a better understanding of the entailed. For example, I was provided with a video link from my technician who captured the problem areas and what needed to be done. I also was given Uber rides to/from the service department, which is a great relief! Last but not least, this service department is run by a team who are honest, credible and reliable compared to other car service departments that I've used. A return customer here and I highly recommend it to others.

First, I really appreciated that there weren't all sorts of additional, bogus add-ons to the contract that you hear other dealerships try to sneak on after you've already agreed upon the vehicle price. Because of that, I had no problem paying the D&H fee, which every car-buying site told me I should attempt to have taken off of negotiate down. Second, I did my homework, came in with a fair offer, and that fair offer was accepted. I got a good price, and Emich Kia made a reasonable profit. No acrimonious haggling or power struggles. Third, my salesman Aaron and the F&I Dept's Christine were both great to work with; pleasant, friendly, honest, no high-pressure tactics. The managers who I met only briefly seemed like good people as well. I would come back to Emich Kia if I need another Kia, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I am pleased with service.
I am pleased with service. Just disappointed could not find leak in my tire when it was completely flat the morning I brought it in. AAA pumped it up to get there. Appreciated taking off the $98 bill when I asked what I was being charged for since tire not fixed. Tires Plus fixed hole in tire in tire same day when I it was down to 20 lbs … otherwise appreciate service
