The Sportage in Colorado
- AWD with Terrain Mode includes Snow, Mud and Sand settings, and AWD models sit at 8.3 in. of ground clearance, more than many compact SUVs.
- The X-Pro Prestige adds all-terrain tires plus a heated windshield and heated steering wheel for frosty mornings.
- Altitude: the gas Sportage's 187-hp engine is not turbocharged, so it loses some power on I-70 climbs. If you drive the mountains often, the Sportage Hybrid's 232-hp turbo system handles altitude better.
